Shipping and Returns

Billow Stixx will need 3 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days before contacting us with any questions. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders at the time of shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder.

We only ship within the U.S.

Billow Stixx offers free standard shipping on all orders at or above $75.00 via USPS. All orders are sent in packaging to help keep fresh and reduce odor preventing unnecessary suspicion. Our products are in compliance with the 2018 USDA farm bill.

All orders come with a standard “Notice to Law Enforcement,” and a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch. We do not include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package.

All packages are sent according to our customer’s shipping method request when available and by USPS or UPS otherwise. (ie: Ground vs. 2nd Day or 3-Day). Billow Stixx is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.

Returns 

Unopened produces will be accepted within seven (7) days of receiving. Please contact info@BillowStixx.com to receive approval and direction before shipping return. Return shipping is charged to customer for unwanted non-defective products.
